MASTERMINDS OPENING — “SUCCESS IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF EGO”

Welcome everyone —

Let’s start with a clear truth:
Real success isn’t just personal — it’s collective.
It’s not just about winning; it’s about helping others win.
It’s about building something bigger than any one person — something that lasts, something that uplifts.

So let me ask you this:

Is the mission important enough to swallow your ego?
Is the purpose we serve worth more than the image we protect?

Because the ego wants to shine —
but the service wants to build.
The ego wants to be right —
but purpose wants to unite.
The ego wants to be the hero —
but the mission needs teams, not idols.

We’re here to build a new format — a help system, an online solution, a daily ritual of mastery and support.
That takes trust.
It takes clarity.
And it takes every one of us choosing the mission over the mirror.

So today, let’s be real:
Success — true, lasting, soul-aligned success — only lives on the other side of ego.
And we’re going to walk through that threshold together. Let’s begin

CHOCO IN HEAVEN:  Today marks the passing and graduation of our dear comrade "CHOCO," a warrior of dogs in our Caribbean Island ND Ecological Enhancement Project site, who has today moved into his rightful place, having passed the test in this life. Choco was loyal, loving, good, and a part of our family. I remember when he showed up skinny, starved, smacked in the face with a machete a few times, about to die. In this island, no one helps someone already down; they just run out and kick. I helped a little, nursed him back to life, and my roommate Manuel then provided him home, food, and a family of amazing dogs. He lived the last 5 years very well. He was very strong and lived a very long time. This morning at 0448am, just after seeing my morning warning shot in this mastermind's chat, I received the final word. We love you, Choco. We will see you in Valhalla bro. Honesty is the spine of any true mission because without it, the structure collapses under the weight of illusion. In service to a mission, honesty isn't just about telling the truth — it’s about being radically transparent with yourself, your team, and your purpose. It's having the courage to admit what’s not working, where you’re falling short, and what needs to change — even when it’s uncomfortable. The idea is one thing, but without action, it's nothing. Honesty keeps the mission clean, the team strong, and the direction clear. It prevents rot from growing in the foundation. When you serve with full honesty, ego has no place to hide, and every decision becomes sharper, faster, and more effective. That kind of clarity doesn’t just move a mission forward — it protects it from collapse. Value the honest in the group - know that some serious individuals will have unbelievable stories, that time tells all truths, if you are testing and paying attention!
Can you read the signs !!!???  They are there!
Consistency: (Franko) is the force that transforms honesty into results. It's what turns inspiration into infrastructure — the daily return to the mission, even when it’s not glamorous, convenient, or easy. While honesty ensures we’re on the right path, consistency keeps us moving forward on it. It builds trust within teams, proves integrity over time, and hardens the soul for the long haul. Inconsistent effort creates cracks that ego, doubt, and chaos slip through — but consistent action creates rhythm, momentum, and mastery. Missions are not achieved through big moments alone, but through the quiet, repetitive, faithful grind of showing up true, every single day. And this is as far as we have gotten  ----- All you need is God's favor. - Ken The purpose is to bring glory to the creator and acknowledge him. Have faith. We are going to pick one thing and narrow in on it. - John
