Early arrivals open the room with the Study of the Greats. Then the whole room runs The 100 — the same standardized burpee count, together. Same format, every single day.

No. Epic Dawn isn’t a substitute for professional care. It’s a structure for building the discipline of showing up — on a fixed schedule, in front of people, before you feel ready.
Why does the room cap at 20 people?
Big enough to build real energy, small enough that your name means something and your absence gets noticed. That’s the whole point of the family.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your membership is billed monthly with no long-term contract.
What time do rooms start?
There’s no single call time — early morning is the whole point. We recommend 4–5am, and rooms run across time zones, so there’s always one starting near you.
