"It is a dark world out there so you better find the light and shine it if you truly love." Today we, had a great discussion in the mastermind for a brother who has struggled with relapse.  One of the top quotes that came from the discussion was;

"If you're gonna serve anything, serve the truth."

To have people on the dedicated self-development path who you have spent time with over a year, could be life-saving in situations like this. We have already lost one in our group. R.I.P. Patrick Mitchel, "777" we say a prayer for you today. Ephesians Chapter 6 Armor that you put on... "We don't fight for Victory but from it, you are already on the winning team."

YOU MUST GO TO WAR WITH YOURSELF & YOU MUST WIN.

The Ultimate You V.S. You. Listen. I know you feel like you’ve lost control. Like the weight of everything is crushing you, and the only way to get a break-even for a moment—is to use it again. But let me remind you: that voice telling you to use is a liar. You weren’t born to be a slave to this. You weren’t put here to chase something that keeps stealing from you. Look at what it’s taken: Your peace, your strength, your trust in yourself. Maybe your relationships. Maybe your time. Maybe you’ve lost things so deep it feels like you’ll never get them back. But let me tell you the truth—as long as you’re breathing, you can rebuild. WHY YOU STAY CLEAN:
  • Because you’ve already felt what losing feels like. You know the pain of regret. The shame, the exhaustion, the endless cycle of trying to quit and falling again. The only way out is forward.
  • Because every time you get clean, your real self gets stronger. The one who wants to live, who wants to win, who wants to finally feel free.
  • Because if you keep going, you will wake up one day and realize you’ve beaten the thing that once owned you. And there is no better feeling than knowing you made it through.
  • Because nothing out there is worth more than your clarity, your power, and your ability to look in the mirror and say, “I fought for this.”
WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE RELAPSING:
  1. Pause. The craving will pass. It always does. If you hold on for 15 minutes, then 30, then an hour—you will realize you don’t need it.
  2. Remember the last time. Was it really worth it? Did it really fix anything? Or did it just make things worse?
  3. Call someone. Don’t sit in the dark alone. The enemy loves silence—call someone who reminds you why you fight.
  4. Move your body. Run. Do push-ups. Jump. Get out of your head and into the world.
  5. Say this out loud: “I don’t use anymore. That’s not who I am.” Your words have power. Use them.
THIS IS WHO YOU ARE NOW: You are not your past. You are not your cravings. You are not your mistakes. You are a fighter. You are someone who is clawing their way out of the pit and into the life they deserve. STAY CLEAN. KEEP GOING. NEVER LOOK BACK.
