If your mission is being enough... ---  Parasites are attracted to good hosts, and they will "mirror" your vibe to get in with you. Don't be a condom or a dildo like these people - be GENUINE. Get your destiny.

1. Say No and Watch the Response

Boundaries reveal character.
Say no to a request. If someone gets passive-aggressive, guilt-trippy, or distant, they're showing they were in it for themselves, not for mutual respect.

2. Share Something Vulnerable

See if they lean in or weaponize it.
Open up about something small and personal—not heavy, just real. Do they hold it with care, or use it to judge, gossip, or shift power?

3. Watch How They Talk About Others

How they speak about people who aren’t in the room is how they’ll speak about you when you’re not.
Do they uplift or tear down?

4. Put Them in a Position to Help (Low-Stakes)

Give them a chance to help without obligation.
It could be a favor, an invite to contribute, or a moment to show up for you. See how they respond when there's no reward or recognition.

5. Observe Them Under Pressure

Stress strips masks.
See how they behave when things go wrong. Do they stay grounded, blame others, get controlling, or stay real?

6. Give Credit Publicly

Observe what happens when you shine light on them.
Do they share the spotlight? Deflect it? Soak it up and forget you were there?

7. Let Time Do Its Thing

Time always reveals.
Consistency over time is the truest test. People can fake for weeks or months—but not years. Be patient. Watch the patterns, not the moments.

8. Change the Vibe Slightly

Shift the energy—deepen the convo, get real, go off-script.
Do they follow you there, or do they stay surface-level or squirmy? Authentic people can pivot between fun and real with grace.

Awesome. Here’s a video script (40–45 seconds) you could use for a reel, story, or YouTube short. It’s clean, punchy, and hits with presence:

🎥 TITLE: “How to Test for Real Ones”

[Opening – Eye Contact, Calm Energy]
You want to know who's real around you?
Here’s how to test for authenticity—without saying a word.

[Cut to Point 1 – Subtle Intensity]
Say no to something.
Watch their reaction.
Real people respect boundaries—fakes get weird.

[Cut to Point 2 – Emotional Depth]
Share something personal.
Something small but real.
Do they hold it… or use it?

[Cut to Point 3 – Sharp Delivery]
Listen to how they talk about people who aren’t in the room.
That’s how they talk about you when you’re not there.

[Cut to Point 4 – Steady Presence]
Put ‘em under pressure.
Stress exposes masks.
Character shows when things go sideways.

[Closing – Pullback, Clarity]
Don’t confront. Just observe.
The real ones don’t need to be tested—they reveal themselves.
Time always tells.
